He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Hoke Smith Clonts and Beatrice Virginia Hammonds Clonts; his great grandchild Lawson Stanfield; and his brother Tommy Clonts. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Clonts; his children, DeWayne Clonts of Rome and Kim Cole (Gary) of Rome; his grandchildren, Breanna Mae Cole Stanfield (Evan) and Hunter Lee Cole; his great grandchildren, Ryker Buchanan and Eleanora Mae Stanfield; and his brother Rev. Glenn Clonts (Diane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
