William Browning Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Browning (Rome, Georgia), born in Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 71,
William was born December 11, 1950 in Zanesville, OH the son of Willard Victor Browning and Daisey Bonniville Koble. He grew up in the New Lexington, OH area until 1971 when he moved to Ottawa, KS, where he spent 15 years of his life until he moved to Georgia in 2001.
William worked for Contour Products as a warehouse production worker for many years. He later was a bidding inspector until he retired.
On December 23 in 2001 , William was united in marriage to Carolyn Dyan Arnold at Smyrna Georgia. In December of 2022 they celebrated their twenty-first year of marriage.
William is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Browning; two sisters, Bonnie Corchran, Betty Batten; and a brother, Jim Browning.
William is survived by a son William Browning, Wellsville, KS; two daughters, Rachel Browning, Ottawa, Jennifer Dennis, Wichita , two step daughters, Kelly Smith, Douglasville Ga, Jessica Brow, New Lexington, OH; two sisters, Nellie White and her husband, Don, Mt. Perry, OH, Patsy Toll, Finley, OH; and five grandchildren, Brianna Northrup, Jordan Dennis, Deja Gragg, Emma Fleming, and Andrew Fleming.
Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Highland Cemetery, Ottawa, KS. The service will be live streamed on the funeral home website for friends wanting to pay their respects. The family suggest memorials to the William Browning Memorial Fund be sent to P.O.
