He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leon Justice, Sr. and Mary Lou Justice (Shelley). He is survived by: his wife Merlene Ring Justice of Rome; his children, Russell Justice (Danielle) of Rome, Georgia, William Lockwood, Jr. (Jessica) of Silver Creek, Georgia, Jonathan Lockwood (Adriana) of Mt. Juliet, Christine Sisson (Lamar) of Rome and Lacey Lockwood of Lindale; and his grandchildren, Landon Lockwood, Jazuelynn Sisson, Eegan Lockwood, Austin Sisson, Conner Lockwood, Addison Lockwood, Jordyn Lockwood, Aiden Lockwood and Dani Justice.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Rome Baptist Church (914 Shorter Ave NW, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
