He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Rogers and Annie Laurie Adams. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Adams; his children, Catherine Adams, Emily Mowery (David) and Ryan Adams (Kara); his grandchildren, Aidan Mowery, Patrick, Emma Gallagher, Jake Mowery (Erin), Grafton Flock (Hannah), Walker and Avery Adams; his sisters, Ann, Rose (Louis), Beverly (Mike) and Betsy; and his sister-in-law Ann Dugan.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Dr. Pat Adams' name to St. Mary's School, The Spires Scholarship at Berry College, or Haven Health.
