With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willie Eugene Williams of Rome, Georgia, born in Flat Rock, Alabama, who passed away on April 29, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Will J. B. Williams and Dessie Mae Bowers Williams; his wife Lura Marie Kelley Williams; and his brother Henry Williams. He is survived by: his children, Linda Diane Hooks and Michael Eugene Williams (Lisa); his grandchildren, Zackary Williams (Sarah) and Sharon Maddox (Steve); his great grandchildren, Skylar Ramsdell, Delaney Ramsdell and Amelia Williams; and his sister Syble Payne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
It is also requested that attendees follow social distancing measures at the graveside and those that feel under the weather please refrain from encroaching upon Mike's personal space.
