He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Jerome Webb and Leila Ruth Wright Webb; his wife Annjell Garrison Webb; and his brother Marvin Wyatt Webb. He is survived by: his children, Garrison Jerome Webb (Jeanine Webb) and Lila "Maleah" Webb Paulk (Hampton Paulk); his grandchildren, Dr. Macey Webb (Andy McClary), Coco Parker and Alexander Wright Webb (McKenzie Webb); his great grandchildren, Harold Clifton McClary, Abner Jerome McClary and Linus Emerson McClary; his stepgrandson Robert J. Chandler, III; his sister-in-law Annell Hamilton (Mody Hamilton); and his daughter-in-law Virginia Louise Webb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association of America or the American Cancer Society.
