He was predeceased by : his parents, J. D. Maxwell and Rachel L. Maxwell; and his brother Maurice Maxwell. He is survived by : his wife Leona Maxwell; his children, Shannon Maxwell (Lisa), Jarrod Maxwell (JoAnn) and Kara Maxwell (Jennifer Sands); his grandchildren, Daniel Maxwell, Alex Maxwell, Andrew Maxwell, Dylan Maxwell, Jessica Maxwell, Vanessa Maxwell, Peyton Forrest and Brooklyn Forrest; and his sister-in-law Kathy Beckman.
