Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Judson David Bell of Roopville, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 85, on January 4, 2021. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Theodore Bell and Rachel Hipp Bell; and his sisters, Linda Bell Markham and Trudy Smith Healy. He is survived by : his wife Nancy B. Bell; his brother William Theodore Bell, Jr. (Judy); his niece Rachel Walker (Adam); his nephew Albert Lee Markham, Jr. (Danyell); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ivan Markham, Linda Markham, Alura Markham and Markham Walker. He is also survived by children, he showered love on his nephew and niece.

When the onset of the pandemic in our area closed the nursing homes for visitation, he continued faithfully filling and maintaining the bird feeders and residents watched for him through the windows.
