It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ava Garlene Rowan of Rossville, Georgia, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Irene Stone, Kenneth and Ruth Haggard; her aunt Ovella Stone Coley; and her sister Regina Haggard.

She is survived by: her husband Mike Rowan; her parents, Garland Haggard and JoAnn Butts; her daughter Amy Jo Rowan; and her grandchildren, Hadley, Navy, Lowell Butts, Iva Boozer (Dick) and Martha Manderson. She is also survived by 12 other half brothers and sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
