He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar McDaniel and Dorothy McDaniel; and his wife DeeAnn Oaks McDaniel. He is survived by: his daughters, Temple Brookshire (Mike), Tracey McLoughlin (Keith) and April Thornton (Mike); and his grandchildren, Chase Brookshire (Lauren), Chloe Coley (Austin), Tatum McLoughlin, Miles McLoughlin, Zach Thornton (Caitlin), Chase Thornton and Whitaker Thornton. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
