He is survived by: his wife Erin Askew; his son Braxton Reed Askew; his stepson Lachlan McNabb; his mother Pamela Trew Turley (Steve); his half-brother Gary Keck (Cindy); his stepbrother Chris Turley (Jenny); his grandmother Irma Trew; his uncle Larry Trew (Tina); his aunts, Janet Overman (Wayne) and Ann-Elizabeth Ownby (Dennis); and his cousins, Colton Trew, Jason Campbell, Terri Ownby Sanders and Denny Ownby.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to an account set up at Truist Bank for the educational benefit of his children.
