He is survived by: his wife Erin Askew; his son Braxton Reed Askew; his stepson Lachlan McNabb; his mother Pamela Trew Turley (Steve); his half-brother Gary Keck (Cindy); his grandmother Irma Trew; his uncle Larry Trew (Tina); his aunts, Janet Overman (Wayne) and Ann-Elizabeth Ownby (Dennis); and his cousins, Colton Trew, Jason Campbell, Terri Ownby Sanders and Denny Ownby.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory - Ft. Oglethorpe Heritage Funeral Homes (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Rossville, GA 30741). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel - Ft. Oglethorpe Heritage Funeral Homes Fort Oglethorpe (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Rossville, GA 30741).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to an account set up at Truist Bank for the educational benefit of his children.
