He was predeceased by: his brother Rev. Lee Byrd (Hardware); his wife Christine Byrd; and his son Eddie Byrd. He is survived by: his children, Karen Jacobs and Dewayne Byrd; his grandchildren, Tyler Byrd and Brittany Greenway; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Jaxon, Tucker Jace and Sarah Grace Shullaw.
