He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bradshaw and Eleanor Bradshaw; and his sister Terry Bass. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bradshaw; his daughter Kelley Bradshaw (Dax Wallat); his sister Linda Sawyer (David); and his brother-in-law Berry Bass. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
