He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Harper and Jeanine Harper; and his siblings, Glenn, Steve, Robin, Trevor Harper, Kathy Touchstone and Kelly Davenport.
He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Harper; his daughters, Tiffany Parker (Buddy) and Amber Duncan (Curtis); his grandchildren, Caleb, Austin, Brinley Harper, Kelsey Duncan, Hailey, Hannah, Hope and Gracie Parker; and his siblings, Joe Harper (Barb), Roy Harper (Charlotte), Teresa Kelley (Terry), Connie Rowland and Elaine Smith. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel (555 W Cloud Springs Rd, Rossville, GA 30742). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
