He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Heavener; his parents, Wilford Ray Heavener and Nelle Wood Heavener; and his brother Danny Ray Heavener. He is survived by: his sister Sue Sigwalt; and his children, Sherman Heavener, Donovan Heavener (Tina) and Danielle Schroeder (Scott). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
