He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzo Strutton and Eula Strutton; his wife Barbara Ann Strutton; his son David Blaine Strutton; and his sisters, Wanda Strutton and Rena Owensby.
He is survived by: his daughter Dana McCoy (James); his grandchildren, Jessica Debter (Chase), Thomas McCoy and Chelsey Tucker (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Ashlynne, Allie Debter, Annalee and Charlie Tucker; and his siblings, Roger Strutton (Betty), Kenny Strutton (Lola) and Saundra Sherrill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
