She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Elizabeth Fulks Painter and Ivan Earl Painter (Charles Neil Morgan); and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Austin (Will), Jim Morgan and Jackie Putnam.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakewood Memory Gardens South (325 Greens Lake Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
