He is survived by: his wife Linda Jackson Sisk; his daughters, Manessa Blevins (Zane), Teresa Grona and Jana Sisk; his siblings, Jesse Sisk, Jimmy Sisk, Imogene Neal, Margaret Vaughn, Bessie Duke and Glenda Berry; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, Ronnie, Dillen, Amanda and April. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
