He was predeceased by: his daughter Rhonda Collins Hale; his parents, Frank Collins and Myrtle Collins; and his sister Joyce Turnmire. He is survived by: his wife Niota Collins; his sons, Jack Collins (April) and Eric Collins (Kelly); his grandchildren, Josh Hale, Jordan Hale, Mathew Collins (Carlie), Starla Melkersen (Robert) and Bailey Collins; and his sister Francis Davis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made a local church or your choosing.
