He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester "R. C." Vaughn and Gussie Elizabeth Graham Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kate Ashley Vaughn; his children, Chris Vaughn (Kellie) of Rock Spring, GA, Corey Vaughn of Rock Spring, GA and Cayla Thompson (Bobby) of Paris, TX; his grandchildren, Laura Beth Tench (Kagen) of Rock Spring, GA, Daniel Vaughn of LaFayette, GA and Layne Vaughn of Chickamauga, GA; his great grandchildren, McKinley, Annaston, Rhett Tench and Olivia Vaughn; and his siblings, Beverly Little (Larry) of LaFayette, GA, Cindy Cooper (Michael) of Burning Bush, GA, Rodney Vaughn of Rock Spring, GA and Scott Vaughn of Rock Spring, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
