He is survived by: his wife Linda Llewellyn; his children, Joseph Llewellyn (Deborah), Stacy Childers (Stephen), Shannon Salisbury (Rick) and Douglas Llewellyn; his grandchildren, Samuel, Shawn, Stephanie, Sandra, Matt, Josh, Christopher, William, Mallory, Addison and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Lyric, Liam, Colton, McKenzie, Riley, Ava, Alora, Levi, Lexi, Brooklyn and Avrian; and his siblings, Jerry Llewellyn (Judy), Jimmy Llewellyn (Bertie), Jean Leonhart (Rocky), Judy Johnson (JW) and Diane Phifer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members and dear friends.
