He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine Hattie Parrish Collins; and his siblings, Margaret Collins, Julia Florence McNabb, Dorothy Grace Mahan, Michael Paul Collins, Edward Joseph Collins, William Donald Collins and Harold Jerome Collins. He is also survived by three nieces, two nephews, as well as extended family and many dear friends.
