He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Pendergrass (Rick), Sandra Gamble (Mark) and Lora Johnson (David); his grandchildren, Sara, Lori, Mandy, Geoff, Eric and Dusty; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Jaycob, Kaden, Tinley, Daynen, Bryleigh and Isaiah; and his great great grandchild Coop. He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
