He is survived by: his children, Heather Curtis (Casey), Ashley Hurst (Shane), Justin Cooper and Austin Cooper; his fiancé Stacey "Co Co" Thomas; and his grandchildren, Karly, Casey, Jr., Alyssa, Ellie, Chase, Layla, Zoey, Kaidin and Grayson. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
