He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford and Edith Proctor; and his brothers, Charles and Lamar. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Cressman Proctor; his sons, Frank (Gail) and Joe (Kim); his grandchildren, Carrie Gallant (Thomas), Frank C. Proctor and Gina Proctor; his great grandchildren, Keaton, Rylee, Finley, Ensley, McKenzie, Eden, Grady and Vivian; and his sister Linda Manton.
