He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McDonald and Maxine McDonald; his siblings, Sue Forrister and Bill McDonald; and his half-sister Robyn McDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Couch McDonald; his sister Frankie McKay Long (David); his half-sisters, Rhonda Culp (Robert) and Angie McDonald (Rodney); and his great-nephew Jaden. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
