With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joy Rice Martin (Rossville, Georgia), born in Wheaton, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Joy left this world on June 20, 2024 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Rice and Lloys Cooke Rice; and her sisters, Grace, Mary Lloys and Jessie.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Edward Martin; her children, Roger Jr. (Joy), David (Doreen), Bruce (Marlina), Marilou Lyons (Daniel), Melody and Holly (Trina); and her sisters, Libby Handford and Joanna Rice. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
