She was predeceased by: her son James Mullinax; her parents, Forrest Webb and Eva Mae Webb; and her granddaughter Rachel Mullinax. She is survived by: her children, Janet Clark, Johnny Mullinax, Jerry Mullinax and Jeffrey Mullinax; her brother Charlie Webb (Hazel); her grandchildren, Steaven Clark, Jason Daverson, Mindy Waters, Jesse Mullinax and Gary Mullinax; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Clark, Ally Clark, Jamie Daverson, Abel Waters and Desmond Mullinax. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
