She was predeceased by : her spouse Gene Ballew; and her parents, Kirby Smith and Dorothy Smith (Wooden). She is survived by : her daughters, Stacey Hendricks-Tipton (Clay), Melissa Nance (Pryor) and Kelley Ballew. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
