He was predeceased by: his father Frank Rosser. He is survived by: his wife Alba Rosser; his mother Dorothy Rosser; his children, Lexy Rosser of Chattanooga, Lari Burkhart of Ringgold, Amanda Rosser of Chattanooga, Anthony Rosser of Rossville, Chessie Rosser of Rossville and Samuel Rosser of Rossville; and his siblings, Steve Rosser of Fort Oglethorpe and Janet Talley Thomas of Rossville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
