He is survived by: his wife Karen Hall; his stepchildren, Arica Putnam (Ethan), Robyn Hall, Brandi Hall, Victoria Cooper and Savannah Cooper; his sisters, Anita Wright (Scott) and Susan Sinclair; his stepbrothers, Rick Lafolette (Rene) and Billy Lafolette (Mitzi); his aunt Wanda Garrett; and his uncle Tim Ellis (Kathy).
