She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Ceal Burgess and Myrtle Louise Nicholson; her husband Randy Goins; her sons, Tim Jolley and Mickey Jolley; and her grandson Troy Williams, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Williams (Troy); her sister Cathy Carter; her grandchildren, Megan Cannon, Wade Jolley and Annslea Jolley; her great grandchildren, Colden Lusk and Merritt Cannon; and her nieces, Tammy Roberts and Kelley Carroll (Nick). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
