She was predeceased by: her parents, John B Brown and Mary Belle Brown; and her husband Herman Horton Yates. She is survived by: her daughters, Delores Elmore (Ronald) and Patricia Smith (Bennie); her grandchildren, Melissa McDonald (Chris), Daniel Chastain (Tamara), Misty Logan (Austin) and Wendy Smith (Jordan Daniels); her great grandchildren, Landon McDonald, Callie McDonald, Carson McDonald, Stella Smith, Colt Logan, Anberlin Keith and Rylee Daniels; and her nephews, Oscar Brown and John. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
