We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Mary Ellen Smothers of Rossville, Georgia, born in Woodland Mills, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Jeff Corum and Mae Thompson Corum; her husband James Smothers; and her sisters, Ruth (George Lewis), Helen, Maurene, Dixie and Bonnie Sue (Betty Jean).

She is survived by : her children, Carrie Smothers and Tommy Smothers (Joy Belcher); and her pet Puddin Smothers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Boynton Baptist Church.
