He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Marjorie Bullen and Ann Culpepper; and his parents-in-law, Tommy and Sue Cash. He is survived by: his wife Jana Sue Cash Bullen of Rossville, GA; his son Lex Bullen of Rossville, GA; his parents, Edward Maurice and Linda Carol Sless Bullen of Chickamauga, GA; his grandchildren, Cash Bullen, Oliver Bullen and ElliRae Smith; his brothers-in-law, Rick Cash (Brigitte) of Rossville, GA and Kent Earlywine of Ooltewah, TN; Kaylen Smith of Chickamauga, GA. He is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
