He was predeceased by: his father Marion Parker; his parents-in-law, Yvonne and Bill Wooten; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Wooten and Robin Hood.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Wooten Parker; his children, Jake Parker (Leila) and Alexandra Phillips (John); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Landry and Ryan Parker.
