He was predeceased by: his parents, Kizzie Lorene Nabors and Clymer Nabors; and his brother Buford Nabors. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Nabors; his children, Cindy Nabors, Robert Nabors, Jr. (Darlene), Kelly Lawler (Bryan) and Cathy Laird (EJ); his grandchildren, Cindy Lynn Nabors, Robert Nabors III (Becca) and Taylor Nabors; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Nabors and Emi Nabors.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home - South Crest Chapel (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
