He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester B. Owens, Sr. and Irene Miller Owens; his wife Barbara Faye Owens; and his brother Butch Owens. He is survived by: his children, Rob Owens (Deb), Michelle Hawkins (Doug) and Manny Owens (Stephanie); and his sisters, Annette Broom and Shirley Wright. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
