He was predeceased by: his father Howard Smith; his son Tyler Smith; and his brother Phillip Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hale; his children, Suzanne Foster and Anthony Keats; and his sisters, Sharon Hodges and Debbie Webb (Carlos).
