He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Fuller and Eunice Cornelia Cordle Fuller; his wife Barbara Fuller; his stepmother Myrtis Fuller; and his siblings, Clarence Fuller, Billy Jack Fuller, Edith Fuller Pledger, Montine Fuller Sutton, Hazel Fuller Agan, Betty Fuller Gresham, Muriel Fuller Worthington, Miriam Fuller McGowan, Jane Fuller Cromer and Ann Fuller Colello.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Cleveland Fuller (Debbie) of Jacksonville, FL, Robert Eugene Fuller (Amie) of Zebulon, GA, Carla Elizabeth Fuller Ramsey (David) of Rossville, Paul Levi Fuller (Carla) of Chickamauga and Tona Ann Fuller Slate (Shawn) of Eatonton, GA; his grandchildren, Twila Harris Coulter (Billy), Gary Cleveland Fuller, Jr., Misti Fuller Godwin (Stanley), Jason Fuller (Frances), Justin Fuller (Melissa), Jonathan Fuller (Sandra), Katelyn Fuller, Nicole Biddle Gunderson (Sam), James O. Biddle, III, Julie Fuller, Zachary Fuller, Jennifer Fuller Hays (Brian), Brooke Fuller Leonard (Dan), Rafe Slate (Reese) and Skyler Slate Kelly (Kell); and his siblings, Jerry Fuller of Rome, GA, Randall Fuller of Rome, GA, Teddy Fuller of Rome, GA and Martha Fuller Smith of Watkinsville, GA.. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
