It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Franklyn Stoddard of Rossville, Georgia, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Stoddard and Marion Stoddard (Blakeman); his wife Virginia "Genie" Stoddard; his son Vernon Stoddard; his brothers, Earle "Junior" Stoddard, Jr. and George "Lucky" Robert Stoddard; and his stepdaughter Deborah Hughes.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney, Kevin, Timothy Stoddard, Wendy Garcia and Brenda Harmel; his stepchildren, Sherri Overall, Bruce and Steven Hayward; and his brother Richard Stoddard. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
