He is survived by: his sons, David Blackwell and Jacob Blackwell; his mother Patricia Ann Wright; his siblings, Terry Blackwell, Jerry Blackwell and Sherry Blackwell; and his grandchildren, Zeddicus Blackwell and Rayne Blackwell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
