He is survived by: his children, Gerald Pritchett, Bobby Pickett, Sandy Pickett and Joy Pickett; his sister Betty Hendricks; his grandchildren, Teresa Lowe, Nicholas Pickett, Tiffany Murray-Pickett, Andrew Pickett, Sydney Pickett, Nicole Pritchett, Kenneth Pickett and McKenna Pickett; his great grandchildren, Alexandria Barker and Eloise Joy Pickett; and his nieces, Sharon Meeks, Sheila Scott, Kim Rogers, Bettye Jane Pickett, Ruth Pickett and Pam Pickett.
