It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sterling Robert Berger of Rossville, Georgia, born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on September 14, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Celia Berger and Edward Berger; his parents-in-law, Mary and Rubin Skolnick; his brother-in-law David Dorffman; and his nephew Scott Dorffman.
He is survived by: his wife Leta Berger; his son Lance Berger (Gina); his grandchildren, Ryan Joshua and Sarah; his daughter Nicole Berger (Miriam Herstik); his siblings, Phyllis Boyce-Ziner (Saul) and Larry Berger (Joan); and his sister-in-law Anita Dorffman. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-niece.
