Though Ted may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ted leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Cagle and Ruth Walker Cagle; his wife Emma Cagle; and his son-in-law Frank Seabolt. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Card (Joe), Debbie Norris (Troy) and Ginger Seabolt; and his grandsons, Jay Harper, Troy Lee Norris, Cody Card and Alex Cordell. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home - South Crest Chapel (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
