He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moltz and Doris Moltz; and his brother Jim Moltz. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jackson Moltz; his children, Robert Guy (Andrea) and Kerry Moltz (Shawn Bennett); his grandchildren, Travis Guy and Autumn Foley (Jarrod); his great grandchild Reed Thomas Foley; and his siblings, Richard Moltz (Sandy), Wayne Moltz (Judy) and Carol Rappe (Rodney). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Godon Lake Wesleyan Church Food Bank in Lafayette.
