It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Kennedy (Rossville, Georgia), who passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma "Sue" Kennedy (Johnson); his parents, L. Thomas Kennedy Sr. and Kate Byers Kennedy; and his sisters, Margaret Dowlen, Pauline "Polly" Tippens and Mary Katherine Worley.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Kennedy (Danette) and Susan Kennedy Taylor; his grandchildren, Joey Minnis, Jessica Kennedy, Kaleigh Espy and Daniel Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Katie Campbell, Chant, Cameron and Isaac McClurg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Baptist Church or the Forgotten Child Fund.
