He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Cooke; his parents, Frederick Cooke, Sr. and Martha Wright Cooke; and his brother Frederick Cooke, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Phillips Cooke; his son Christopher Cooke (Tiffany) of Young Harris, GA; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Cooke of Panama City, FL; his sons, Jason Alexander of Rossville, GA and Scott Alexander (Emily) of Chattanooga, TN; his sisters, Mary Dobbins and Cecelia Cooper (Joe) of Apison, TN; and his close friends, Ken Brooks and John Wright. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
