He is survived by: his children, Timothy Broom, Jr. (Erin), Justin Broom (Elizabeth) and Zoe Broom; his brothers, Troy Martin, Charles Fowler, Eric Fowler, Anthony Fowler and Ralph Quarles; and his grandchildren, Emmett, Alecsander, Juniper, Shepherd and Paiton. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
