He was predeceased by: his parents, William Manton and Lucy Manton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Proctor Manton; his children, Cindy Washington and Keith Manton; his grandchildren, Justin Knight (Morgan), Parker Knight (Julie), Carson, Caris Rich and Lawrence Rich (Sophie); his son-in-law Matt Rich; his great grandchildren, Hattley Knight and Jeremiah Knight; and his friend Tim Connor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory (3239 Battlefield Pkwy, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
